Fate vs. Free Will: An Eastern Perspective

Joe will discuss a central issue that has intrigued philosophers and theologians over the ages: human free will vs. fate. He will present and Eastern perspective on the subject where belief in reincarnation, karma and the role of mental impressions called 'sankaras' offer a unique perspective on free will and fate that is not present in Western philosophy or theology.
After the service there will be a Board of Trustees Meeting. Please plan on attending. Important information on the future of ASWUU!
