What Is the Best Day of Your Life?
Sunday, December 15, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
On December 15, our guest speaker, Rev. Dr. Rob Fulwood, will speak on the thought-provoking topic, "What Is the Best Day of Your Life?"
Here is a brief note from Rev. Fulwood about the theme and his story:
- My textual reference will be Ecclesiastes 7: 1-5 & Ecclesiastes 12: 12-14. I will be reading these scriptures aloud for the purpose of helping those in attendance follow my points. Such a spoken word will be designed to get people to reflect upon their personal feelings about what their best day is. I would then follow this with a discussion about Solomon within these passages of Ecclesiastes. The purpose of doing so is to measure their assessment of what their best day is alongside of what truly makes each day great (or one’s best day).
- I am Reverend Doctor Robert Martin Fulwood, Sr. I am the youngest child of Dee and Phil Fulwood. I am the proud husband of Dr. Karen Fulwood since 1995, father of six children (age range from 33 to 14), and grandfather of three grandsons (Enoch, Moses, & Koben). I have been in ministry for 40 years (24 of these years in Clinical Chaplaincy), pastored churches in 5 different denominations, and currently serve as pastor of the Christ Temple Holiness Church in Timmonsville, SC. I am a veteran of the United States Navy currently working as a Librarian at Allen University in Columbia, SC. My highest level of education is an earned Doctor of Philosophy degree from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN. In the summer of 2025, I will be graduating from The University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY with my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am also a Board-Certified Clinical Chaplain Educator with the Association of Certified Christian Chaplains and the Association of Professional Chaplains. I am Co-Owner of A'Nu Care Wellness Center in Darlington, SC (with my wife Doc Karen who is a Psychiatric Family Nurse Practitioner). I look forward to this upcoming fellowship with all of you!
